COME TOGETHER WEEK

WHERE WE INVITE YOU TO THROW A PARTY!

OUR GOAL: One Week, Hundreds of Parties or Events! Thousands of Stories and Connections!

FOR NONPROFIT LEADERS

 FOR THE COMMUNITY

Come Together: Welcome

May 20-27, 2026

Throw a party. Build a community.

SERVE Village invites individuals, neighborhoods, organizations, and businesses across Hamilton County to host their own events during Come Together Week, a grassroots movement designed to spark belonging and bring neighbors closer together.

The best part? It falls over Memorial Day Weekend, so you may already be celebrating. Share your event with us, and you could receive up to $200 back. We'll be selecting up to 4 parties to reimburse — so throw a party and tell us about it!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Plan Your Event: Choose an activity that brings people together — a block party, backyard cookout, longest table dinner, or customer appreciation event.

  2. Register Your Event: Fill out our simple online form with your event details and estimated costs.

  3. Host & Share: Host your event during Come Together Week and share your photos with us!

  4. Win Recognition: The most creative and connective events may receive up to $200 reimbursement.*

Our team may stop by during the week to cheer you on and drop off a surprise or two!

Businesses and nonprofits do not qualify for $200 grants.
