Ticket & Event Refund Policy: 

Overview:

We understand that plans change. This policy covers ticket purchases for SERVE Village events.

​

Refund Requests: 

​

If you need to cancel your attendance, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Requests made more than 7 days before the event — full refund

  • Requests made within 7 days of the event — refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances

  • No-shows without prior notice — not eligible for a refund

​

If SERVE Village cancels or postpones an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

​

How to Request a Refund: 

​

Contact us at info@servevillage.org with your name, the event you registered for, and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Digital Items Policy:

SERVE Village does not currently offer any digital products, downloads, or paid digital resources through this website. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
