The Great Village Campout is a night where every generation of SERVE Village shows up as Neighbors. Bring a tent, bring a lawn chair, or whatever you need.

We have 24 Hours to make memories and shared experiences together!

Community Campfire Circle & Lantern Lighting
Stories, songs, and s'mores shared by Villagers; concluded by the lighting and releasing of lanterns into the night sky.
Neighbor Teams Host Mini-Events or Skills
Knot-tying, fire-starting, stargazing, and trail cooking taught by the folks who already know how
Intergenerational Games Field
Three-legged race, egg toss, sack race, tug-of-war, sponge water relays, and more. There's something for everyone!
Quiet Corner
A low-sensory, accessible space for neighbors who need some space that's lower sensory.

4:00 PM Check-in & Campsite Set-Up — teams claim their spot on the farm

5:00 PM Welcome Circle — SERVE welcome, land acknowledgment, ground rules

6:00 PM Squirrel Stampede 5K on the Trails — official debut of Sammy the Squirrel!

7:00 PM Dinner + Team-Hosted Hour #1

8:00 PM Team-Hosted Hour #2

9:00 PM Bonfire Night begins — s'mores & roasted hot dogs, courtesy of our Bonfire Presenting Sponsor

10:00 PM Team-Hosted Hour #3 / music & fireside games

11:00 PM – 12:00 AM Lantern Lighting — a community positivity ceremony

12:00 – 6:00 AM Quiet Hours — overnight camping under the starsTime
