That belief is exactly what gave birth to IMPACT HamCo, Hamilton County's Community Volunteer Website and one of the most exciting initiatives we have launched to date.

What Is IMPACT HamCo?

IMPACT HamCo is a one-stop hub designed to connect passionate volunteers with local nonprofits and organizations across Hamilton County. Whether you are an individual looking to give back, a nonprofit seeking reliable volunteers, or a business wanting to engage your team in meaningful service, IMPACT HamCo makes the process simple, centralized, and seamless.

The idea grew out of a straightforward conversation with the City. There was a clear and growing need for a centralized, year-round space where volunteers and organizations could find each other without the friction of scattered listings, outdated postings, or missed connections. We saw that need — and decided to build the solution.

What Does IMPACT HamCo Do?

The platform is built around four core functions that serve the entire Hamilton County community:

It is a direct extension of SERVE Village's asset-based community development model — the same philosophy that drives SERVE Week, Come Together Week, and everything else we do. We do not approach our community by cataloguing its deficits. We celebrate its strengths, connect its people, and create platforms for those strengths to grow.

IMPACT HamCo is that philosophy in digital form. It is a recognition that Hamilton County already has what it needs — generous people, dedicated organizations, and a culture of care — and that sometimes all those ingredients need is a better way to find each other.
