NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVATION
Bringing 12 Historic Neighborhoods Back to Life!

Your Neighborhood is Waiting:
Historic Old Town Noblesville is one of Hamilton County's unique assets that no other community has. Those who live there or visit quickly discover the charm that it offers. But did you know there are 12 Historic Neighborhoods that have mostly been forgotten?
We’ve developed a Neighborhood Playbook to help these historic neighborhoods rediscover their identity and connection, but we need local neighbors from those neighborhoods to open the first page.

We are looking for Neighborhood Captains in our 12 historic districts to serve as the "connective tissue" for their community.

What is a Neighborhood Captain?
You don’t need to be an expert or a "leader" in the traditional sense. You just need to be a neighbor who cares. Captains help us connect with other neighbors and help us connect with others who want to get involved and help.
Use our playbook to identify the hidden talents, tools, and passions on your block.
Act as a friendly point of contact between your neighborhood and SERVE Village.
Help organize small, intergenerational neighborhood gatherings that turn neighbors into friends.
