He also sits on the Boards of the Noblesville Schools Education Foundation and Advancing Noblesville Foundation. At home, Patrick enjoys life with his wife, Kami, a Noblesville native, and their three teenagers. A man of many passions, he’s a winter-loving chef, outdoor enthusiast, gardener, biker, podcaster, film buff, and collector—owning over 1,000 PEZ dispensers, mostly gifted by friends. No matter how busy, Patrick always makes time for people, eager to hear their stories and celebrate the good they bring to the world.
Meet Michelle Schmidt, a passionate advocate for Noblesville and a believer in the power of community connections! As an Early Intervention Advocate with the Noblesville Youth Assistance Program, she supports families and volunteers with East Plum Prairie Neighborhood, Noblesville Preservation Alliance, Noblesville Schools, and SERVE. Since joining SERVE in 2021 and becoming President in 2023, Michelle has been a dynamic force, championing community engagement and neighborly bonds. Michelle and her husband, John, moved to Old Town Noblesville in 2009 and married in 2010. They have two daughters who shine at Noblesville Schools. When she’s not cheering on her girls at soccer, Michelle enjoys traveling, hiking, fitness activities with her family and rescue dog, Charlie, and indulging in pizza and wine on Friday nights.
Jack Mosley has been a proud resident of the vibrant Noblesville community for the past four years, having moved there shortly after graduating from Franklin College. He is a valued member of the team at Gordon Insurance, where he enjoys embracing new challenges and opportunities each day. Jack's connection with SERVE Noblesville began soon after his arrival, drawn in by the organization’s meaningful impact on the community. His passion and dedication quickly earned him a spot on the Board, first as Secretary and now as President, where he continues to bring energy and leadership to the mission. Being part of SERVE has deeply enriched Jack’s life, offering him a chance to give back to the place he now proudly calls home. He is excited for the future of SERVE Noblesville and looks forward to continuing his journey of service and personal growth in this thriving town.
Ryan has been proud to be part of SERVE Noblesville since early 2023. Having lived and worked in Hamilton County for nearly 25 years, he witnessed firsthand the pride and passion that define our community. It’s an energy like no other, and it’s what drew him to SERVE. With a background in exercise science and currently applying that education to residents at Hoosier. A village retirement community, Ryan has always been passionate about fitness and guiding others to healthier lifestyles. Over time, he’s learned that mental well-being and social connection are just as important as physical health. Ryan was introduced to SERVE by a co-worker and immediately felt at home with its mission of neighbors helping neighbors. During his first SERVE Week, Ryan observed and learned, and now he is eager to take an active role in planning and developing future events. He finds SERVE to be the perfect outlet to give of his time, talents and treasures. “It’s fulfilling to connect with homeowners, see their appreciation, and work with a team dedicated to making Noblesville a better place. I’m excited to continue this journey and contribute to the community’s growth.”

With over 15 years of experience in higher education, associations, and community leadership, Diana is dedicated to linking people with the resources and networks that help them thrive on their personal and professional journeys. As the Director of Nonprofit Services & Sustainability for Central Indiana Community Foundation, she gets to live that passion and purpose daily. Nicole's adventure in Noblesville kicked off with her move in high school – a plot twist that unraveled the importance of crafting connections to achieve that warm, fuzzy sense of belonging. After her college years, Nicole couldn't resist the magnetic pull of Noblesville, so she surrendered to its charm and returned to her hometown. These days, she is the Mentor Coordinator for Noblesville Schools Compass Mentoring program, bringing it back to where it all began – helping our students to build connections and relationships within the community. It's her way of ensuring that our students not only survive but thrive, with mentors to guide them through the maze of life. Nicole and her pint-sized partners-in-crime have been SERVE Week volunteers for the past two summers, transforming into mural maestros (or so they pretend!) and meal-packing champions. But this year, Nicole decided to crank up the commitment dial. In her SERVE Noblesville board debut, she's ready to tackle even more opportunities that unite folks and strengthen the community. When she and her husband are not shuttling one of their three kids to various activities and coordinating her outfits to support them in the stands, cheering for her beloved Purdue sports teams. She may or may not have a collection of lucky socks, and it's a wild ride she can't resist. So, if you're in Noblesville and in need of a friend, mentor, or just someone to commiserate with about Purdue's ups and downs, Nicole is your go-to gal. She's got the passion to help you find the community connections you need and an outfit for every occasion.
Karen Walker has always been deeply committed to community service and helping others. Her journey in volunteering began at a young age with organizations like Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity. Currently, Karen works as an Account Manager at Oak Street Funding, leading the Community Initiatives Committee. In 2023, Karen was introduced to SERVE during a volunteer event after discovering a shared connection to Noblesville. After a meeting with Patrick, SERVE’s Executive Director, Karen eagerly joined the Program Development committee. By 2024, she became the committee's chair and was also appointed to the Board. A lifelong Hoosier, Karen was born in Noblesville and raised in Westfield as the youngest of five in a blended family. She pursued her education at Butler University, earning degrees in Criminology/Sociology and French. She met her husband, Clay, through mutual friends, and they began dating shortly after her graduation. The couple married in 2011 and now reside in Noblesville with their three dogs: Hines, Thor, and Roo. Outside of her professional and volunteer roles, Karen is passionate about music, reading, comedy shows and movies, and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. She is also an Excel enthusiast, enjoys spoiling her nieces and nephews, and works part-time at Kiln Creations, Noblesville’s local paint-your-own-pottery spot on the square. Karen's commitment to her community and her role with SERVE reflect her dedication to making a positive impact in Noblesville and beyond.

I'm Torrie Hudson, a community advocate, entrepreneur, and creative based in Noblesville, Indiana. I work with entrepreneurs and businesses to help them grow and build meaningful connections. My branding and photography studio allows me to combine my love for visuals with helping people develop authentic brands. If I’m not home, you’ll probably find me on the other side of the country or even the world, since traveling for work is something I truly enjoy. I also believe in elevating the people around me, and nothing matters more than my family and friends. Serving on the board of Serve Noblesville lets me contribute to projects that bring people together and strengthen our community.
Ashlie first volunteered with Serve Village during SERVE Week and was moved by the impact and the sense of community being built. That experience sparked her desire to get more involved to make a bigger impact. By day, Ashlie serves as a Private Client Manager at Busey Bank, where she helps individuals and families navigate important financial decisions with care and integrity. She loves building trusted relationships and creating solutions that make a difference in people’s lives. If she’s not buried in an Excel document, you’ll find Ashlie working on DIY home projects, enjoying outdoor concerts, or cheering on her boys in youth sports and her husband in the occasional vintage baseball game. A proud boy mom, she is passionate about showing up for others and believes in the power of relationships to strengthen community one connection at a time.
Emily is a downtown Noblesville resident and the owner of Noble House Public Relations, a full-service communications agency. With more than a decade of experience in public relations, public affairs, and marketing, she helps nonprofits, government agencies and private organizations across the Midwest share their stories and strengthen their impact. Her connection to SERVE Village came through her previous work in the Noblesville Mayor’s office, then during SERVE Week where she experienced firsthand the joy of neighbors coming together to help one another. Joining the board is her way of leaning in further, using her communications background to help elevate SERVE’s story, and deepen the sense of belonging in Noblesville. Outside of work and volunteering, Emily enjoys exploring local trails with her dog, Lady, reading science fiction, and spending time with family and friends downtown. For her, community isn’t just where she lives, it’s what she invests in every day.
